2021 LGTTS 3 Plum Blossom Winner Dong Ding comes from ZhuShan (竹山), which is one of famous tea areas in Nantou.
Very similar to our 2015 LGTTS 2 Plum Blossom Dong Ding, rich and aromatic with floral and sweet, fruity flavours served on baked goods base. Tea liquor is medium to thick, roast is also gentler than 2021 LGTTS 2 Plum Blossom Dong Ding. For this tea farmer have requested more precise picking with shorter stem. Box with two 300g cans comes with plastic scoop engineered to scoop out perfect amount of tea for 100ml vessel without need of using scales.
