Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

Most orders are shipped directly from Taiwan via international air mail. On rare occasions, orders may be fulfilled from our UK location, depending on stock availability.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks, although this may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs fees, other charges or delays imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses or for deliveries left in unsecured locations.
