One of those teas made of pure love and dedication. Tea trees growing around of Bai Hia Zhai village at very high altitude, two leaves and a bud picked from over 300 year old trees, pristine environment of village located nearby National Preserve Reservoir. That all sounds like story about perfect Puerh tea, which actually would be quicker to make. Instead lady who makes this tea puts considerable amount of time and effort to create one of most rewarding white tea we ever had pleasure to enjoy. Every year we are there and buy nearly everything she makes, and every year we feel blessed to have relationship with dedicated farmers that put making best tea they can above quick gain.
This tea was pressed into "chocolate bar", one brick on average weights 5g, although bricks in the middle tend to be more compressed than one outside so there will be weight difference from one piece to another. We also offer same tea pressed in a Cake and Chocolate Bricks.
