ManZhuan is one of the six famous tea mountains in Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan. Famous parts of yunnan have their own characteristics when it comes to tea, and this one is great representation of ManZhuan character and its aroma.
Fresh, sweet and fruity aromas with notes of raisins being very apparent when dry leaves open up their aroma in preheated brewing vessel. Aroma is very thick and complex, fruity character with honey like sweetness and complexity of florals, baked apple.
Very smooth and very thick liquor is sweet, fresh, fruity and changing from infusion to infusion shining with different aspects of its character, showing more fruity notes like plum or pears on one, going through more herbal notes, just to show its impression of more green and salty, with notes that brought to my mind celery, salt, very umami like.
Tea is very uplifting and energizing, quite powerful and heady, but not buzzy but rather bringing stillness and focus.
