Mi Lan Hua Xiang (蜜蘭花香) means “Honey Orchid Flower Fragrance”. Tea cake have been tighter pressed to help preserve delicate fragrance, which tea master from “Han Zi Hao” factory was so in love with. Interestingly we also have been involved in maocha selection. Tea comes from single location in Meng Song and it’s made of material coming from 250 year old trees (Da Shu 大樹).
This tea is very smooth, soft and thick, very pleasant without a trace of astringency. Bitterness is only just there, soft and palatable. Beautiful aromas of honey, wild flowers, dried apricots and musk beautifully translate into taste. Notes of dried apricots, white grapes, wood, white grapefruit and touch of mushrooms are elevated by cooling sensation lingering in the throat. Aroma of this tea is well preserved and floral notes can be experienced by taking breath in, with teacup at your mouth before taking a sip. Drinking this tea is very uplifting, clearing mind and increasing focus, at the same time bringing calm and happiness.
