Cake made of one of our favourite material that comes from at least 300 year old trees growing on misty slopes of Da Xue Shan mountain, one of famous snow mountains in LinCang.
This year material is excellent, it was picked and processed with skill that allows what’s best in tea leaves to shine now and to age with grace.
Complex and rich aroma is sweet, fresh and alluring, with notes of green, fruity freshness bringing to mind white flesh fruit and sugar snap peas, bright honey and touch of florals. Liquor is sweet, smooth and thick, textured, buttery and lingering in mouth with clean, complex fruity notes touching on florals.
Beautiful tea to drink now but when pushed it shows enough power to expect a lot of ageing potential, which we are well aware of as this material is well known to us.
Young tea character shows well in how much energy it gives, even if at the same time it’s very walking and mind clearing.
