We feel truly privileged that every year we can buy nearly everything that our farmer makes. Considering that material used for this tea comes from over 300 year old trees growing at very high altitude in pristine environment, how much effort and love is put into turning it into white tea, we are lucky not only to be able to drink it, but also to procure to sell.
Aromas of this tea are beautiful as always, it’s like local nature and sunshine closed in the leaves. Fresh notes of pine forest, sweet, bright honey, warm wild flowers, and touch of dried herbs. Smooth, thick and very sweet liquor while keeping freshness of aromas brings out sweet fruit notes that reminded me of ripe peaches or even better justice from can of peaches. It really can get sweet like honey and brings out touch of dried flowers like florals in the aftertaste.
Amazing tea to age, although I’m not sure I won’t drink it all before it will have a chance :)
