This very timeless shape created by Lin Guó-Lì (林國立) is pure pleasure for the eyes. Teapot body was hand sculpted into shape that creates illusion of motion, like a spinning planet. Using clay makeup technique artist have created smooth gradation of color going from top to the bottom of the teapot. Made of Taiwanese clay fired at 1200°C. All teapots created by Master Lin Guó-Lì always have beautiful textures hand crafted on teapot surface and are pure joy to use. This teapot will work well with most kinds of tea, it’s always best to dedicate it to one kind of tea or one region.
