Competition grade means that tea was made in accordance to rules of LGTTS competition. Two most important aspects of that are use of highest quality leaves, and of course as with all of our teas, no agro chemicals.
It is very balanced tea, its aromas and flavors are dancing between sweet, slightly fruity and toasty, creamy. It was roasted slowly on low heat to lock in the flavor. This kind of processing also brings out lasting aftertaste in the throat. Liquor is very smooth and thick, really comforting.
This tea gains a lot from focused drinking, it’s really calming and clears the mind.
