Rougui (肉桂) means cinnamon. It is very bold tea. The tea plant itself carries some spiciness, that can be a good or bad thing depending on the skill of the Tea Master. A great Tea Master will be able to take away that spiciness but not the richness of the tea. Good Rougui is such a fruity tea, together with the light pleasant aroma of bay leaves, it is great tea for the cold winter evenings.
