Hong Shui called also Gui Fei is oolong processing created just over 20 years ago. In a way it is similar to stronger oxidized / fermented Dong Ding. This particular one comes from Shan Lin Xi (Sun Link Sea) in Nantou county and elevation of 1300m.
This tea being made of bug bitten material that combined with its stronger processing carries some aroma and flavor similar to Oriental Beauty.
Aroma is honey sweet, fruity and creamy,
while liquor is quite sweet, smooth and thick. Complex fruity flavor with just a touch of florals sits nicely on warm, creamy base with high cold finish.
This tea is quite refreshing and invigorating while it’s taste profile brings relax and comfort.
