Jin Fung Huang (金鳯凰) means Golden Phoenix. Dry leaves give nice sweet aroma of fruit and rose hip. When brewed tea brings out sweet baked goods aroma on top of that. Liquor is very smooth, sweet and thick, it’s obvious sweetness stays with tea until the end of session.
Taste starts fruity, with sweet baked goods and touch of wood and herbals. It transforms more into baked goods like dark sourdough bread, just to return gradually to fruity notes.
Very nice and complex tea with strong Yan Yun. It’s very comforting, evolving slowly and gently, ending with juicy fruity flavors, which keeps session with it very interesting.
