Zheng Tang Mei (正唐梅) is very rare cultivar and we are very excited that we could offer a little bit of it in our shop. Tea comes from Zhengyan reserve, more specifically from Lian Hua Feng. It was medium roasted over charcoal, already have lost it’s “fire” and it’s ready to drink.
It makes delicious and aromatic brew, sweet notes of caramel, milk baked goods and candied cherries are filling the room very moment when water hits the leaves. Liquor is rich, sweet, very smooth and thick with balanced milky notes of caramel, nuts, dark fruit and dark sourdough bread rind.
Tea energy is very relaxing and comforting while increasing focus.
