From those three The Hsinchu County Competition which is organized by the Hsinchu County Government is the one with the most competitors. So how is tea itself ?
For me it strikes perfect balance in its every aspect, merging both warm and sweet notes with fresh notes and cooling sensation seamlessly. Notes of sweet fruit, herbs, muscat, honey, florals and touch of cacao can be found in aroma. When taking a sip those translate nicely To fruity flavor full of notes like baked apple, orange peel, herbs and florals, all that enveloped in luxurious champagne like feel with rich aftertaste. Liquor itself is very smooth, surprisingly thick and its notes linger in mouth and throat for long time bringing cooling sensation shortly after returning flavors.
Mildly stimulating and mind clearing with deep calm feeling inside body and slightly lightheaded sensation.
