Moonlight White or Yue Guang Bai (月光白) have many legends surrounding its name, but in the end it’s well known for experience of drinking it.
Liquor is sweet, smooth and very thick from first infusion, there is touch of vegetal, kohlrabi like and sweet mirabelle plum notes in the beginning. Opening later into rich spectrum of peach like white flesh stone fruits, camomile like herbals and perhaps touch of butter biscuits. Tea also have nice edge to it, coming in form of very slight bitterness that’s there just adding character and texture.
Similar to taste aroma starts off with vegetal character, quickly transforming into floral, light honey notes and fruity notes.
Tea comes pressed into biscuit form, each weight varies between 7 and 8 grams, with average around 7g.
