Tea made of beautiful first flush spring buds coming from Bai Hua Shu village located within natural reserve in LinCang. Those furry, silver buds has been picked from around 200 year old trees, they both contain richness coming from old trees and vigour of spring. Placing them in hot gaiwan brings out sweet and fresh aroma of pine forest, bright wood and moss. Hot water brings out honey sweet aroma, whilst keeping initial impression of pinecone freshness. Liquor is smooth and thick, complex and rich, initial pine freshness and moss notes become more fruity. Notes of physalis and delicate pineapple, grapefruit peel like citrus build up throughout the session giving it character very close to good white tea.
