Huang Mei Gui (黄玫瑰) means “Yellow Rose” and is relatively new variety. It’s characterized by, as its name suggests, highly aromatic fragrance and complex floral taste. This tea was perfectly roasted and that not only brings out its floral character, but also balanced fruity notes and caramel undertone.
Liquor is highly aromatic and juicy, smooth, thick and textured with pronounced minerality.
